This is an excellent trainer, low hours, maybe ten or fifteen. I just ride too much to ever need a trainer. This is a very high quality fluid trainer with oversized drum and flywheel to create a realistic coast down and reduce tire wear. These retails for nearly $400.00 brand new. The trainer comes two different tips for the posts that clamp on the quick release. One for standard frames, and another for oversized carbon frames with tight clearances at the drop outs.
